Both. We provide access to primaries, secondaries, and co-investments—depending on your strategy, pacing, and portfolio goals.

How is Thirdpath different from traditional fund platforms or consultants?

We combine allocator experience, modern operational infrastructure, and direct investment capabilities under one roof. Our platform integrates institutional investment expertise with advanced data systems, technology-driven reporting, and emerging AI-enabled analytical workflows, allowing us to operate with greater speed, transparency, and precision than traditional models.

Is there a minimum investment amount?

Yes. Our SMA minimum is typically $100M. For pooled vehicles like our GP Stakes Fund, the minimum is $5M. We’re happy to explore the right fit based on your goals.

Do you work with clients under a discretionary or non discretionary model?

We focus on long term partnerships, and function under a variety of non-discretionary models but maintain discretion on all co-investments, secondaries and directs.
