Brent Pasternack is Managing Director, Alternative Credit at Thirdpath, where he focuses on private credit underwriting, manager due diligence, and portfolio construction.
Previously, he was Head of Private Credit Research at Nomura Capital Management and Senior Investment Officer for Alternative Credit at NYC Retirement Systems. He has also held senior due diligence and research roles at Russell Investments, Alternative Capital Advisers, Mariner Investment Group, and Schonfeld Group.
Brent holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Emory University. He is a CFA charterholder.
