Jessica Gonzalez is a Staff Accountant at Thirdpath and Sway Capital, where she supports fund operations, financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close processes across the firm’s private markets platform.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica held accounting roles across private and institutional organizations, where she developed experience in accounting operations, budgeting, financial compliance, and process improvement. Jessica brings more than 15 years of accounting experience supporting complex operating environments, including organizations across private markets, venture capital, healthcare, and real estate.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, San Marcos.
