About
Najwa Nasif is Vice President of Human Resources at Thirdpath, where she leads the firm’s human capital strategy, including people operations, compensation, benefits, and HR systems. She also supports Thirdpath’s clients, including Sway Capital, HBCU Founders Fund, and other organizations across private equity, private credit, buyout, and real estate strategies.
Najwa brings over twenty years of global HR experience across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and technology organizations, including Veracyte, WuXi AppTec, ASML, and Road Runner Sports. Her work has focused on organizational development, HR systems implementation, and building scalable people operations within growing companies.
Najwa holds a degree in English Literature from Baghdad University and a Human Resources Management certificate from the University of California, San Diego. She is fluent in English and Arabic and conversational in French.
