Thalia Gietzen

Thalia Gietzen is Chief Financial Officer and Co-Chief Operating Officer at Thirdpath, where she leads the firm’s financial strategy, accounting, treasury, and operational infrastructure across its private markets platform. 

Prior to joining Thirdpath, Thalia served as Chief Financial Officer at GoSecure, a cybersecurity company, where she oversaw corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, and corporate planning. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Finance at St. Bernard Software, a public company, where she led budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Thalia began her career in public accounting at Grant Thornton LLP, where she earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. She holds a B.S. in Accounting, cum laude, from California State University, Northridge.
